So in at work I'm happy and energized and ready to tackle my day when bamm. It hits me pain, a lot of pain radiating from my neck to my arm. My first thought is I'm having a heart attack. But I keep telling myself that I'm not because I've had my heart checked so many times this past months. Then I think oh God it's a stroke I'm stay paralyzed. Then I tell my self really you think that's what it is, you have felt these pains before why do you assume the worst. So I keep pushing thru the pain then I feel a burning sensation in my chest and I'm dizzy. I tell my coworker and she says you better not die. I get scared and panicky then my mind says it's your blood pressure it's up high and you gonna die. I don't check it because I know I'm in a full blown anxiety attack so I know it's up high. But ya know what this happens to me all the time at work. Only at work. When I drive up here and when I leave. I'm so tired of this when will it stop??

Anxiety at work
You might have a muscle problem, look into your SCM muscle, its at the bottom of your neck, if you strain it then it can cause all sorts of problems. If you think it might be this then you can find how to fix it on YouTube and other places around the net.
Interesting thank you. I do think it's my neck only because when I stretch my neck or move it a certain way it hurts so bad. I'm a look into that.
I'll put a link up later that will show you some things that you can do that might help you.
I'm just a bit busy at the moment.
Ok thank you
I get the pain like you do sometimes and these work for me...

I hope the links work.
Let me know if they help you or not.
Do the neck stretches 2-3 times per day if you can, they only take a few minutes to do.
The shoulder stretches don't do them until you have done the neck stretches for a couple of weeks, then do the shoulder stuff once per day.
You might be a bit sore for the first two weeks but the pain should ease after that. Keep doing the stretches for eight weeks even if the pain has gone. Then after that do them once per day every day.
Good luck!
Thank you so so much
You should have a doctor check your neck out. You might have a pinched nerve. Football players get what’s called a stinger when they get hit in the shoulder. Their whole arm goes numb from the nerve being compressed.
