Hello everyone I want to let each and everyone of you know that you are loved you are capable if doing great things and the pain you’re feeling WILL NOT LAST FOREVER! The rain doesn’t last forever soon the sun will shine, whatever you are feeling right now is normal, it’s just anxiety and it’s okay to cry it out if you need to but I want to share some remedies and things I’ve done to help my anxiety!! I’m sure these tips can help you too! If you don’t take medication I really recommend it, speak to your doctor to see which one is right for you, it might take a while to find that right medication or if you are lucky you will get it on the first try! Don’t forget that medication takes about 4-6 weeks to take full effect, this won’t happen overnight. I also take vitamin D and B6 and omega 3’s if you don’t like taking pills you can try to find gummy vitamins! I also read books to help my anxiety and learn as much as I could about my illness...feel free to message me anytime if you would like to talk I hope these tips helped!
