Has the change in medicines brought any relief?

I don’t have as many panic attacks anymore. I’ve got a terrible headache and my head feels like it’s in the clouds. I’m not aware of my surroundings.

Yes, it will only help if you are low on it. What about things like chamomile tea, Valerian root, lemon balm? I see above you can't take sleeping meds so I was wondering about some herbal remedies....

It’s not that I can’t take sleeping pills it’s that I have od on them before

Try eating some turkey and bananas! I know it sounds silly but these foods are good to eat before you sleep

Oh I’m so sorry, I didn’t have a clue! But turkey does make you sleepy! Maybe try looking up foods that make you sleepy online

tired of feeling this weak. I wish I can get out of head and enjoy life and make friends again.
Our baby kitty is trying to make me feel better. So cute.
But, like the title says, I'm SO tired!...
