I can already feel that I’m in for a long night of no sleep again. That makes 4 nights in a row

Has the change in medicines brought any relief?

I don’t have as many panic attacks anymore. I’ve got a terrible headache and my head feels like it’s in the clouds. I’m not aware of my surroundings.

That’s good news about the panic attacks. 👍 Has the doctor been monitoring you while you make this change?

Actually yes I have. It doesn’t work for me.

Yes, it will only help if you are low on it. What about things like chamomile tea, Valerian root, lemon balm? I see above you can't take sleeping meds so I was wondering about some herbal remedies....

It’s not that I can’t take sleeping pills it’s that I have od on them before

Try eating some turkey and bananas! I know it sounds silly but these foods are good to eat before you sleep

Oh I’m so sorry, I didn’t have a clue! But turkey does make you sleepy! Maybe try looking up foods that make you sleepy online
