I wanted to share a general positive post. I just came back from my lunch break. It is so absolutely beautiful outside. It's that perfect not to hot, not to cold, weather with a slight breeze. Really sunny. I treated myself to MdDonalds (not everyone would consider this a treat, but I try to eat really healthy and this felt really good today). I'm taking deep breaths and trying to focus on the beauty of this moment rather than what is coming up ahead (my tendency). Thank you to all of you on here who share and offer support. It's really a great thing.
