I can't sleep

I was diagnosed by unipolar disorder and social anxiety so I toke lamictal 25 mg per day for 2 weeks and this week I increase the dose to 50 mg so I am suffering from insomnia and now I can't sleep

Hi Mohammed, I was reading up on Lamictal and it seems that it does have a stimulant effect for people. Of course, your doctor is the one who needs to be aware of your problem but I read that taking the dose in the morning can help by it wearing off during the day. The reviews of it being a good drug once the right dosage is reached is high. I hope your doctor can advise you in making sure you get a good night's sleep. Let us know what he says.
