I am going on 3 nights now hardly any sleep. It's starting to take a toll on me and I don't know what to do. It's my anxiety doing this to me.

Can't sleep
I’m awake too! What’s on your mind?
Racing thoughts and just wishing I could sleep. It's like I can't shut my mind off
Yeah I have that same problem. Is there anything that helps?
I haven't found it yet. I've tried things and nothing helps
Do you like tea? That helps me. Plus it’s yummy
Yes I do. I'm willing to give anything a shot
Chamomile is my favorite💘
I think I have some of that also
Awesome!! I’ll have a cup or two myself☕️
I just checked and we have none. There is another kind however. I'm not quite sure how to make it though.
Just heat up water and put the tea bag in the cup of water
Okay I'll try
You can add sugar or honey but I like it neat.
Okay. I'll probably have my plain. Thanks for the suggestion
Yeah. Anytime!!
I don't have much support and I'm just looking for help
What are you scared off? I see u mention that in last post? Trev
I can feel my heart beat and I think it's beating too fast and it's scaring me. Plus I can't shut my mind off
What is on your mind? Work? Family? Or others? See whats making u scared. Mine was work and being around others and now im doing treatment to overcome this. Ive had 8 weeks of work and going back next week and feel alot better now
What's making me scared is I'm afraid there is something seriously wrong with me
Explain more. Have you been checked out? I have alot of head aches and used to think everytime i had a brain tumor and scared me so no what you mean .
Yes. I've visited so many doctors in the last couple months and they couldn't find anything. My regular physician said to get on meds so I just started them.
Have you tried meditation or sleep music? My sister used to struggle getting to sleep but now she’s asleep by 10/11 most nights after meditating. The app Headspace is great for it. There’s also loads of sleep music on YouTube and a couple of playlists on Spotify which help to clear your mind. Just focus on the different parts of the music getting louder or quieter or changing pitch. Even reading a book might help - just try to completely immerse yourself in the characters’ lives. Anything that distracts your mind from worrying will help. Hope it gets better for you!!
I didn't know of that app headspace. I just downloaded it and will give it a try. Thanks!
