Is there a book or work book that you've used to help with anxiety?

A long time ago I read and still have the book, The Feeling Good Handbook by David D. Burns, M.D. It is for anxiety and depression. I went through it a long time ago (the copy I have was copywritten in 1999) so I can't really remember it. I still see it in book stores so it must be still requested. Now that you have reminded me of it maybe I need to go through it again.

Hi, Dr. Claire Weekes books, CDs and also YouTube clips helps very much to understand and deal with anxiety. 😊

The Mindful way through Depression I am currently reading and it is helping me. Also getting to the core issue of why you are anxious is important. I’ve learned I’m codependent and joined a CoDa group

I recently purchased The Anxiety and Worry Workbook: The Cognitive Behavioral Solution by

David A. Clark. So far so good.

Hi Sapphire! I found it on Amazon.com. I was addicted to that site for a while.

“How to control your anxiety before it controls you” by Albert Ellis will change your world no kidding! He was rated as the best therapist of the 20th century and he is the founder of the Albert Ellis Institute in NY. He uses the REBT technique (rational emotive behavior therapy) Must read! 🌟💫💙 xxxxx
