What is your favorite book about anxiety?

I’ve read Hope and Help for Your Nerves. I really enjoy reading about anxiety and how people cope.

hi daisy,theirs a fab paperback,called brain lock.its ritten by Jeffrey m schwaetz and bev beyette.jeff is a doctor who specialised in ocd.its really good,he dos not profess to have a cure all because ocd carnt be cured.but for people willing to try,rewords are obtained

The first two are a little more “scientific” but I really enjoy that. On Edge was a really good memoir, and a pretty easy read.
