I'm trying.. the past will never change.. that's what i keep saying to myself but i cry everyday..
Try focusing on the positive. The present. That helped me. Not the future that’s not here or the past that’s gone. Also staying active helps me. Idle minds breed sadness and negativity. I know it’s hard. It takes time and training. Every time a negative pops in tell yourself but I’m not going to focus on that. Let’s think of something good. It’s hard especially at first. I’m OCD and obsess over stuff. We’re all a work in progress. I’m so sorry you are dealing with that sadness. I started being more active. It’s helped me a lot. I’m physically disabled but little things. As able to keep my mind occupied.
