I feel like I’ve been broken into a million pieces and nobody can put me back together. I’ve been to hell and back these past few days. I don’t know if I can pick myself up.

No judgement here...may I suggest to you that alcohol is a depressant and will only magnify your feelings of numbness, detatchment, and isolation. Please consider finding a local AA meeting for support if you decide that alcohol is no longer going to be used as part of your solution, but is part of the problem.
