Please don't. Just try to take things hour by hour. Don't look too far ahead. When you are at rock bottom the only way is up. As another poster says there is always people here for you on this site.

Sorry to hear that you are going through a tough transition.....keep in mind this is only temporary amd a great opportunity to work on a better version of yourself. Its tough and you will get past this ....keep busy reading up on self help articles dealing with loss...youre not alone. There are tons of ppl here who have been in your situation and can be of support!
