New here, feeling like a brick

Having difficulties today. I feel like I need someone here to assist because I'm having trouble doing it myself, but no one is able to help. I'm heavy, can't stop crying and my eyes are almost swollen shut. I at least made myself shower.

Have you ever had a chat with Samaritans, I have, and I guess it depends who you get to chat to On the day ,although I feel better when I’ve talked to someone. It seems to help to talk it out. Just to know someone is listening. It doesn’t suit everyone I know, anyway in case you fancy chatting to them the freefone number is 116123.

It’s great to come along here too and write things down. I often do that. I’m also a member of the living with anxiety forum and I post on there too..

I truly hope you feel better soon, we know it passes, it’s just when....

Thanks, I'm not familiar with Samaritans. The phone number does not have enough numbers for where I live. Maybe you are in a different country than me. Michigan, USA

Ah I’m so sorry. I was presuming you are in uk 😞

I’m not sure if you would have the equivalent in USA. They are a free fone charity who are Avail 24/7 to listen basically....it’s kinda nice to be able to chat to someone, confidentially. Apologies from me.

I’ve been to Michigan , no far from Ann arbour I stayed in a big house in Lake Michigan ..it was a few years ago now, for thanksgiving. 😊 nice memories xxx
