I can be having a great day in a positive mood. But no matter what I always end up crying at even when there’s nothing wrong. Does this happen to anyone else?

Are you on any medication? It use to happen to me as well when I was having severe anxiety every day. I couldn't talk with anyone without crying. It was uncontrollable. Once I was weaned off my benzos, the crying stopped. x

This happens to me a lot. I’ll be feeling down before I randomly cry though. It usually happens when I start to feel unaccomplished and like a failure. I hate it because i could be having a pretty good day and one little thing will set it off. They only thing that helps me is when I get something done in the house. Like doing the dishes and tidying up my room or something small but enough to feel like I’ve done something. Don’t know if that helps at all but it’s worth a try.
