I have been suffering from anxiety for several years, mainly daily are small freak outs if I'm riding the ferry boat to work or something like that. Every couple years I will go into a deep state where they will last all day everyday for long periods at a time, restricting me from doing alot of things like going to work and daily activities, really hard for me to control these episodes.

Im really not sure what to say to help you...but i thought at least writing a couple of lines to you will help, im new to this too (the chatting, not the depression or anxiety) sometimes it helps me just moving on small chores trough the day, i understand that having a job to go every morning sometimes can be very hard but sometimes just the leaving your house and bed helps.....its this helpful?
