What is happening to me?

I feel like something is very wrong. I don’t understand why I’m having all these panic attacks. It’s been going on for 7 hours now. This is crazy

Have you had panic attacks before? I know it's not easy but have you tried the deep breathing to get more oxygen into your body, or any medication ? They are terrible and scary, hang in there, let us know how you are .

I’ve had them before but never this bad. I have done deep breathing and it doesn’t work half the time. I’m on medicine for depression and anxiety. I just hate these panic attacks

I know they are truly awful, I really hope they pass soon and you begin to feel at bit better, sorry it's such a tough time
