Long time

I realized I haven't been on here for a while. I have been doing surprisingly well with my anxiety. I had a busy weekend a few weeks back for my daughter's birthday and it all went insanely well. I also went and got a haircut which I have been dreading for months and it went as well as it could have. Shopping trips used to have me fleeing the store and even those are going well. Visits with family and friends used to have me sweating but now they are actually enjoyable. The biggest thing now is going to be to conquer eating out places. The last few times I went I did good but haven't been out in a long time. So I wish you all the best. Wish me luck

Aorli, it's always nice to hear how life is getting more bearable and more successful as time goes by. You will be just as successful with eating out once again. I started with a table next to a wall which made me feel more comfortable the first few times. If that's not available then a booth where you go in first can give you that comfy, safe security that anxiety is looking for. It's like anything else, once you let go of the fear, it will no longer hang around. Enjoy your meal out and know that you can and will be able to do it. Reward yourself with a dessert of your choice xx

Yes I find I'm a little more comfy in a booth next to a window. Things are getting easier once I just faced my fesr and did well made me feel very good

You're welcome. It's been a very long road and still not where I want to be but so thankful I've been getting through.
