Hey everyone, So it's been 7 months since I joined this site. I came here as a lost, disheartened, discouraged, depressed person, with ...may be a few suicidal thoughts. But now am way better then what I was before.
I have seen a great improvement and development in me. That make me happy.
Sharing just a thought.

Hi red fox glad to hear your getting so much out of the group there is a great bunch of people from all walks of life! I ve had thoughts of suicide but through help from my family and friends it's been' a long time since I've had these thoughts I had a lot of great advice here as well! hi kenster, i tried to be busy as possible, so that i don't overthink. I was active in personal chat with few of my friends here. but then i thought of talking with everyone. It's so nice to see all familiar people replying. I remember each and everyone of you.. thanks a lot for being with me in crucial time.
hi sorry for the late reply.ticking over so all not lost with me hopefully finding my way through a difficult few weeks.hope all is still improving and life is a little brighter each day.

about getting better, i tried to be busy as possible. I started going out and having fun. I started doing charity, going temple. meditation helped me to get rid of bad thoughts.
Yes, that's why I like this community. people are always ready to help, you can relate with other's problem. what are you struggling with? am always here for you, feel free to ping anytime.
It's great to hear your coming round it's a long process of ups and downs. the key is to learn from your dips and hopefully they will start to decrease (this is the pot calling the kettle grimey arse if only we all took that advice.....) have a lovely Easter Day Sun is shining 😎
I'm trying my best to get over my anxiety and depression. I've tried suicide 4 times. Luckily it didn't work. I'm remarried to someone that's good for me. He understands what I'm going through. I'm glad you're doing better. I'm new to this community so looking for friends that can help.
Hey blue, am so sorry for what you went through. And please please don't try suicide again,ik it's easy to say but hard to implement, ik it's damn hard, but you need to stay strong for yourself and your husband. I can understand,I have been through it, still am going through that phase but ik am much better. whenever you need anyone to talk to, ping me, I will reply asap. You can vent out or talk about anything to distract yourself. Am always there for you.
Good to hear you are making your way out of the dark. I still have days where I can’t believe I’m unemployed, glued to my couch, paralyzed and paranoid. I get that suicidal devil on my shoulder and really struggle to shut him down. I wish I had more friends and family close by but I’m a good 5 hours away. Sometimes I feel this will last forever.
Hey Shelly, it won't last forever, wait for your time. Ik it's too hard sometime, but all I learn is to hang in there and just be calm. Remember no matter how dark the night is, it have to go with sunlight.
Hi Redfox. How are you doing? I'm having a hard time again. My panic attacks are more frequent and I can't seem to stop them. Idk how to ping you other than this. If you have time I could use a friend.
Hey Blue, are you feeling any better? I am photographing a black tie event tomorrow with a friend and this is the first time in over a year that I have been out on my own in a crowd. Trying the visualization techniques my therapist suggested. Also have my anti anxiety meds just in case. Remember to just breathe. In through the nose, out thru the mouth. Repeat.
I know that breathing technique too. It helps alot when I can focus on it. My problem is the anxiety and panic attacks are stronger than I am at times. Good luck tomorrow. Hope you have a good time with your friend.
