I've been doing a pretty okay job at keeping myself going the last few days. Working out, pushing myself to do things. Trying not to beat myself up... but i feel exhausted, and this morning, I woke up feeling pretty low. I'm dreading going to work because I hate when I have panic attacks in front of people, but I have to go because I have a lot of big deadlines coming up, and a new scope that is just a lot of work out of no where. I feel a bit off balance. Anyone have any advice?

We all have struggled with performance anxiety here. It's so hard getting work done when your depression and anxiety feel like a heavy weight strapped to your body. My only advise is take it one thing at a time, one day at a time. Try looking at your work as a helpful diversion from feeling down and anxious. Try to lose yourself in it. Work is a kind of therapy. Good luck!
Thanks - yeah, i definitely appreciate the business and the purposefulness. Not getting lost in it feels like the challenge here. The task list is ever growing, and the timelines are a little crazy and demanding. I've tried pushing back and managing expectations, but, as I am sure many people have been through, everyone wants their stuff like yesterday.
