Anxiety/depression

Hi Folks, i have suffered from the above for more than 30years. N although i have Osteopenia and COPD n neither is a Picnic, i would pick having them over having depression. People don't viewy

I was going to say that a great many people view Mental​ Health issues as aweaknes

thankfully those antiquated views and narrow minded comments are becoming more of a thing of the past as more awareness and compassion replaces old thinking. This site is a good example I feel of that. It's safe with a lot of kind people. I remember years ago on another site that does not exist anymore thankfully, where someone would express fears and anxiety and got a lot of nasty remarks which are just not helpful and unnecessarily cruel.
