Need Positive Words

I’m doing a lot of necessary errands today and I’m extremely anxious about it. I got three hours of awful sleep last night and I’m scared that I’m going to panic all day while I’m out. If anyone could tell me I’ll be alright and help me through this I’d appreciate it<3
