Fatigue and malaise from anxiety and depression

Does anyone experience this on pretty much a daily basis? Less often? More often? Its been months since Ive done anything that I enjoy. I constantly feel tired even on a good night's sleep. I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. Im currently in the middle of tapering from Lexapro onto Prozac. My doctor said that Lexapro is more of a sedating ssri and Prozac is energizing. I haven't noticed much of a difference just yet. Hoping to get a little feedback on how to get through this and get my life back.

Ps. I still have untreated low testosterone. From what I understand, it can have tiring effects. But as of now, my insurance rejected filling the rx and its over $430 for a month's supply.

yeah, the low testosterone definitely has a play on your energy level. I'd get some blood work done too, sometimes low iron can cause constant fatigue. And just run it by your doctor too about what your symptoms are, there may be other things at play.
