don't be sorry,thanks for your answer...benzos is short word for Xanax,Valium,Librium,Ativan etc.can't find any doctor who'll prescribe me these...my problem is I can't"calm down",f.e.run around house,scream,have something in my hands,bang to everything around...takes a while,but I do it 2-3x per day and can tell ya it's not any fun at all...

Alena666, sounds like your search for a doctor who will prescribe benzos has led to a dead end making you even more agitated. Have you been on benzos before? Have you had antidepressants prescribed? Knowing little more about your background helps in supporting you. I understand that nothing is worse than feeling like you are going to jump out of your skin. all is exactly like you said,I'm not US citizen,so I don't have SS# and none insurance,so every clinic kick me out cos this,so all I can do is only ER...they don't let me die,but they don't help neither...when is there some good doctor,they give to me 1-2 pills and I'm OK for a few hours,after?always the same movie....can't eat,can't sleep,can't think,can't nothing...

I stopped drink almost 4 years ago,got meds for cca 3 months so I was OK,after???started feel worse and worse and I see only one way out,suicide is my daily bread,I just can't live like so,just can't take this anymore,reallly can't...

I used benzos a few times and helped,can't really find any doctor who'll prescribe for me something,any idea where to go or what I can do?I'm out of any ideas...I'm 60y.old so these blllaahhhhssss like u'll be addictive is just bull,will die sooner or later and never got so many pills to be addict...thanks for your interest and sorry my bad English...thank you...

Alena666, your English is fine, I understand what it's like for you. I've worked in the emergency room so I know that best they can do is relieve the acute symptoms when a patient comes in and that is administering a benzo. It is just meant to calm you for that short time until you see your doctor.

I personally feel the few benzos here and there are making it worse for you because it takes more than a few moments of calm to get better. It is putting you in this state of mind. Is there anywhere you can go to get clinical help from a doctor short of the ER? You're not going to get addicted from the few pills here and there but like I said it is just playing with your physical symptoms giving you free floating anxiety out of control.

I wish I had a simple answer for you because I understand the problem. Keep us updated. Keep safe Alena. xx

u're right bout ER...once they prescribed to me Xanax,so was nice from them...without I'm falling down 10 times per day,hate the day I stopped drink,never ever felt so bad like now...where to go?just advice...thank you...

Have you tried spending time in nature? Talking off you shoes and walking in the grass or the soil? This is called grounding. The Earth can be extremely healing

I moved to Alaska to be closer to nature .. I live off the grid. It helps when I am able to be out but now that I have my elderly mom living with us getting out like that is rare. I am currently looking for whys to get out more. There is a book that I recommend "Your Brain on Nature" you can find it on Amazon.com
