hi 👍has anyone taken testosterone along with oestrogen ? Any advice? Went to see a private specialist who suggested that l take testosterone to help with the anxiety and muscle aches along with libido. Any similar stories? X

Hello you can only take testosterone on its own if have had hysterectomy you will need the combination to protect your womb I was told it good for anxiety as well as big list of things keeps the collagen there somewhat too, there's a women's site you may find better about this 💛✨🌻oh I do feel better with it not perfect but better km.on low dose combination patches

thank you so much x l am on oestrogen only as l had a hysterectomy 8 years ago x did it help with anxiety for you? X

At the time I was going through bad patch I had rats in my kitchen ceiling over a year and my dad had a stroke then went in a home my mam had heart attack I got through it without medication I went swimming quite drinking as was drinking nearly every night like a bottle wine or few cans cider, too much, swimming really helped, I had no patches for about a year and did feel better when went back on them 😊

Also I had to move into my mam's house until the nebours drain got found via rats, house stunk dead rats flies I wanted to sell to get mam's nebours but couldn't until it got resolved, then a bus shelter stopped it, luckily I had a happy ending, I think I look younger too compared to others my age 💛

I lost track how many years been on the patches was before lockdown they had problems with glue so took off market, so I reckon about 5 years I'll stay on forever my mam aged when came off not that I havnt,but the benefits are been fitted longer she's still does DIY at 84🤯 enjoy your day xx

I found this I'd check side effects you may grow hair I know as I've got older I've less hair now on certain parts luckily my head hairs ok xx
