Stay-at-Home Mom with Depression and Anxiety

I've decided to give this a try. I have been battling with depression and anxiety all of my life. Especially since the birth of my first child almost 13 years ago. A terrible guilt to carry with you. My life looks perfect from the outside; two beautiful daughters, a successful husband, a nice house and I don't have to work. But in the inside, I deal with my own demons of anxiety and depression. I'm on here to receive help but I hope to help others as well.
