Does anyone take any meds when they are having an acute attack of anxiety. I have been given some benzos but I’m too scared to take them because if they take it all away I may start to rely on them daily to get through. Any advice

Their giving you benzos?!? Never heard of that. For my anxiety I use to take atavan, but you cannot stay on that long so. I can understand you not want to get addicted to them. I’m on celexa for my anxiety. I wish to get off them and not rely on them either. I’m here if you need to chat doll.

Hi ! I'm on them and a lot of times I don't take them like I'm suppose to , for me I'm not addicted to them. They do work wonders for my anxiety. Wishing you the best! I'm here for you , if you need me!

Hey, you are on atavan?!? Well atavan you are not suppose to be on long term. Only directed as needed. I hear you on that they work wonders. I fall a sleep on them lol. Take them if you need them, and they work for you. I have some prn and scheduled. My husband says they make me the better version of myself.
