Hi, since I'm not a doctor, I think you should maybe talk to yours abut this. Our brains are such complicated parts of us.
I take a small dose of xanax in the morning and another one an hour before I go to bed.

My Dr. Recently changed my meds. I took the first pills on Monday. Tuesday I took 1 (forgot the other at home),was nauseous and hot. Is this normal
Hatelife 17 Honestly I really don't know if it's normal or not I'm like you just getting started with the medication and my body been going thru changes I never thought existed. Our bodies react to things differently, I've had the nausea and being hot, but with taking something for the first time we don't know what to expect. I would say talk to your doctor about it because I'm not sure of what's not and suppose to happen. I'm in the dark myself about this, it's just a learning experience. Hope I was somewhat helpful 🙂
