I just can't seem to sleep for the past 2 weeks. My loving Mother used to say...There's no sleep for the righteous and the wicked don't need it....does that make me wickedly righteous, blah!

I forgot the no sleeping part ...Try wiggling your toes than your feet to ur ankles.. I find it soothing when im stressed or cant sleep ..

I've tried everything, I think it's because I sometimes have trouble shutting off my mind, it's a busy place, hahahahhaaa!!!!!!!!!

You are defiantly not wicked 😇 Hope you finally got some sleep sweetheart. Wish I had some advice.... usually try lavender, breathing exercises & sleepy time tea. It helps when I think to do any of them. Hugs
