Hope all of you are with family having a blessed holiday😀 I'm with parents at their new home. Still sunny and beautiful here. I feel very nervous even around family. I really hate this extreme anxiety. Hoping all of you are having a great day!! I'm out of my element being outside here instead of locked away in my apt living only in my bed. Baby steps! I'm really happy for the ppl who have made progress in beating agorophobia. I know how scary it can be going outside of the home. Congrats to all of you who have battled this!!! You inspire me to keep trying by making baby steps.

I'm feeling the awful feeling of extreme anxiety and all I want right now is to die, cry and end my life!!! I just hate feeling like this!!! I just want to go home and climb into bed and hide from ppl. Sorry for being so negative!!! I hope your all are enjoying family this holiday. Merry Xmas😀
