So my ex text me saying he love me and he's here for me and got me. I'm very confused about I don't know what he really trying to say to me and he know I'm going through alot right now with depression and anxiety and high blood pressure because of stress and I know he is continuing messing with this other woman

Hi it sounds like he wants to have his cake and eat it too. You had very good reasons to call time on your relationship so try and remember these if you are ever tempted to take him back. You need to concentrate on yourself and not be bothered by your ex. Stay strong. x

U right because he changed his number talking about so the other woman can't call but he want respond to none of my calls or texts messages I think he's inlove and he only been knowing for a couple of months

To be honest I wouldn't spend any time thinking about him or trying to work out what he is up to. He is clearly trying to mess with your head and this isn't helping you. x

I agree with hypercat54. He is what he is. Nothing has changed. Close the door and block his texts. x

Only you can decide who to let into your life. That being said, it doesn't seem like your ex has your best interests in mind at all. Sometimes being strong for yourself is the best option.

Anxiety and depression are hard enough on their own without adding a stressful element which is you ex in this case. CLOSE the door. Focus on yourself and your health

I'm trying too is easy said than doing it. My ex been in my life for 17 year's on and off he is the only man that understand my mental illness and try to help me when he can
