I felt like this yesterday. Until you can get to a Dr.

Take a deep breath.

Take a time out. Breathe.

Tell yourself things are ok (which they are)

Find something, anything in front of you to take your mind off of that dreadful feeling.

It's just emotions..you are ok.

Try to make some phone calls.

What part of Florida? I was living in fort Myers FL for 16 years..
