Endoscopy fear

Hello,

I suffer with anxiety.

I've an endoscopy today at 10.15 and I'm petrified. I've had it done before the first app I got as far as sitting on the bed and had to leave second app I had it done, don't remember anything but the spray, I actually don't remember if I even had the spray. I'm so scared of getting the sedation in case something goes wrong I've hardly slept all night and when i have ive been dreaming about it. I'm also getting it done at a different hospital too which is making me so uneasy. I'm clock watching now hope I don't chicken out again.
