I had a pretty challenging day-but it wasn't a bad one. My boyfriend as you all know is practically a saint, and today after a morning at home took me out into the city. And not just the city, but Haight-Ashbury! For someone as introverted and anxious as me, it was a serious challenge. There were many times I felt like passing out or crying or just curling up and panicking but being there with him gave me the feeling of being safe, and it got me through it. And I had a good time! We had an interesting evening dinner and mini golf experience, also challenging but he's got me through so much today that I can write it all off as a success! So grateful for him @yahh <3

Yay! You go girl!
It's wonderful to hear you are stretching yourself and discovering you can do much more than you thought. Hurray for you!
I am envious that you have such a wonderful boyfriend. Let him keep helping you, take your meds, do you see a therapist, get ALL the help you can. Find a support group too. San Francisco being a big city should have a number of support groups, ask your Dr. Therapist, go on line. That's how I found mine with the help of a friend. Proud of you, write us more success story's we like to hear them. Love & Hugs. Sprinkle 1
