Unexplained blood on my sheets

I woke up this morning with a blood stain on my sheets right in the area where my mouth and most are laying (I sleep on my stomach) but there was no blood anywhere on my face or in my mouth. It has happened once before as well. Does anyone know what this could be or has this happened to anyone else before? If so, what did you do? It's really freaking me out..

Shannon_nicole777, it has happened to me on occasion. It was a sign to get to the dentist.

Inflammation of the gums can cause some bleeding as your cheek presses on the pillow.

Wellllll, after I FREAKED out, I checked everywhere and like you, I couldn't find anything. Later in the day, I had a small nosebleed and so I figured that that was the source ... phew!

I'm thinking it's most likely from my gums bleeding. I do need to go see a dentist, I've just been putting it off

Similar thing has happened twice in my life. But very far in between. Difference is it wasn't near my mouth. I would wake up to eventually discover a decently sized patch of blood at the top of my sheets, under the pillows, on the other side to where I sleep. I sleep alone so no one was on that side either time. The first time It happened I was a little kid and the second time was maybe 2 years ago. Both times in the same spot and I have absolutely no explanation to how a considerable amount of blood would get on my sheets without me laying there, let alone under the pillows right at the very edge of my bed.

That is strange. Me and my wife just had exactly the same thing. Blood between us on the bed. We both had very similar dreams of having super powers and glowing eyes. Did you have any dreams before you woke up? We didn’t find any blood on us. I believe it might be a spiritual sign of a blood pact… Medicine and science doesn’t explain most things in life.
