Yes it happens to me, and I do not know why, other than to say my brain is in its crazy mode, it is not nice, it feels awful, it scares me as I feel I am loosing control. I am on meds and they seem to control this situation. Are you on med's? The brain has nasty ways of playing tricks and lying to us, I have to remind myself it is my brain and I catch it sometimes and yell "Shut Up" to it. Talk to your Dr. you may need to be on meds - why suffer? Write to us again, we are here for you, and we love you. Sprinkle 1 with love & peace.

Thank you everyone it's a comfort to know your not alone yet hope we all manage to get rid of anxiety. I'm not on meds. I was about 8 year ago citalopram I came off them 2 year later. And then tried to go back onto meds about 4 year ago as I had a bad spell again but I seem to have a sensitivity to the anti depressants now I get nearly all symptoms and just can't handle them. I couldn't eat on them.
