I was looking online for a support group for PTSD, Anxiety, depression. I was hoping to find a group near me. I live in Downey, California. If anyone know of one in the Los Angeles area please let me know.

I’m from Virginia but your primary care physician should be able to direct you to the right people. We have something called RASCAB. They refer you where you need to go or help you there etc. I’m not familiar with CA but any doctor should be able to get the the info you need.

Searching for a support group is what brought me to this site. There is only one in the Seattle area, and it meets during my work hours. Good luck!

I live in SC but was in Calif. for 42 years, I would think you could find one close, Calif is so progressive. Ask your Dr. contact a Psychiatrist, go on line, leave no stone unturned, you do not need to suffer. And come talk to us we will help if we can. Send love & success Sprinkle 1.
