Im suffering terribly with Panic! I need help making it through the day. I need help presenting my desire to take benzoprienes. Suggestions please.

I finally got my doctor to prescribe a tranquilizer when I ended up in the emergency room. I was there for hours and finally left because my anxiety wouldn't let me stay another minute! I wouldn't suggest you take it to that extreme, but a good heart to heart with your doctor may help. Describe both the mental and physical symptoms you have. I know I couldn't eat a thing and getting in the shower was a monumental task for me. I truly was a mess though and I guess it was pretty obvious to her when I finally saw her. You don't want to wait until you can barely function to get help. Please talk to your doctor honestly and good luck with getting something to help you through this. I'm here for you too and I can totally relate.
