21/2 mg of klonopin, 60mg of cymbalta, and 30mg of buspar. I'm still scared and crying. How about you? I m afraid of the anxiety so I'm not getting better. I'm always crying

I am on paxyl 40 mg

Im gonna tell you what works for me

I read and watch youtube videos about how to deal with panic attacks and anxiety depression

By watching this videos i try to understand why am I feeling the way i feel at that moment and how can I overcome this fearful feelings

You should try it may work for you.

I don't want to be on cymbalta because it stops me and my husband from having relations

I have been on Paxil and klonopin for twenty years and I think it’s just not working anymore!! I’m going to the doc on 11/16 to try something new to feel better. I’m scared because Paxil is soooo hard to come off of. We shall see!!! Anyone else have this??
