Anybody get random anxiety episodes?

Lately I've been feeling stressed and I'm constantly on the go haven't been sleeping well. I'm kinda depressed with my job and all I do is sit at my desk and think. Does anyone ever feel

Really spaced out ? Like almost that you just wanna cry it's hard to explain. Thankfully I'm changing jobs soon

Hello brother. Same here. Just loss my job but while I was working there I had a lack of interest and motivation. I was depressed everyday and like you I did nothing. I just counted the hours and the days and daydreamed all the time. Yes I found myself crying as well. People like you and me need something meaningful. Even though I was making good money I was kind of committing suicide by just being there. I regret it got to the point where I started to numb myself again. Yeah bro good thing you are moving on. I'll be doing the same soon once I get better. I hope your anxiety and insomnia get better. If you need any tips on those let me know.

Yes definitely. There are days that I'm fine and for some unknown reason I start crying at my desk and I have to go to the bathroom and try to calm myself. Therapy and medication have helped me but I still have those sudden moments of anxiety where I feel lost, lonely, and that I'm wasting my time. I like my job and they support me with my mental illness so I'm lucky in that sense.

I hope to learn how to cope with those feelings

Yep..I go through exactly what you wrote.. everyday..Just a matter of finding another job..it sucks..but everyone is the same..I will never go back to office work or sitting in front of a computer..I have too much energy to just sit around..

Hello, I am sorry for the situation you are in, I had a few crummy jobs in my time. I would suggest you talk with your Dr. and perhaps take an antidepressant for a while. Do not suffer, and there is nothing wrong with it, it is our brains are out of balance and need help. Be good to yourself, hang out with friends you trust, do not tell people you do not trust as they can be judgmental.
