hi I'm new here
Hi love25,
I'm new here too! Welcome. I'm not sure if I'll be of much help but I do know that when your panicked or anxiety is high, it creates tension with the muscles in your neck, back, and shoulders. So that can explain the pain... Exercise is suppose to help with stress so maybe try starting off with some easy low tensity workouts and see how that goes?
Welcome love25!
Perhaps yoga or something along that line would be a good start? It relaxes you and you stretch out all of those tense muscles. When I worked out I noticed I always felt a lot better, my core was stronger so my back didn’t hurt as much. I suggest yoga as a start because of how tense your muscles are, but you can always branch from there!
Hello there and WELCOME!
I would suggest you consistently apply heat packs to your tense muscles. You need to loosen them up. You would also benefit from stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques ... YouTube is loaded with vids to help you. If you can afford to, see a masseuse as often as needed. Perhaps at least once to help with your current pain.
Sure workout but don't talk yourself into having a panic attack, k? Take it easy, take it slow to begin with.
Best wishes.
Welcome love,23

I was going through the exact same thing. I was afraid of working out because you don't want to accelerate my heart too much and that would freak me out but remember that is all in your mind. I was determined to hit the gym especially after gaining 15 lbs from sitting home afraid and not doing anything. I was afraid the first couple of days and tried really hard to not push myself but after a while the excitement of being there toke over. I have met new friends that also hit the gym. I was honest and told them about my anxiety and they are the ones that help me out if my mind begins to wonder to the dark side. I'm happy to say that for the most part I love the gym. you have to conquer and defeat!
