I just feel like I’ve been stuck in this rut for way too long and I’m tired of feeling anything anymore. I see the effect I have on those around me and I feel terrible for that. I just want to crawl into a dark hole and die.

I feel like my negativity rubs off on people and they don’t want to be around me. I can’t really blame them I hate myself also.
