Wanted to share some positive results from EMDR therapy and new medication

I would say my anxiety is down like 80%. I have had 4 panic attack’s over like 8 weeks. That is a huge improvement as I was having them almost daily. I must include that I started on 60 mg of cymbalta around the same time starting the therapy. Not sure which one or if it’s a tandem effect, but would recommend!

This is great news . Often taking a prescription medication that works allows you get the most out of the therapy. You are in a win-win situation :).
