Drowning

I feel like I'm in a giant tank full of water (water being my depression) in a crowded room full of people who notice that I'm in that tank but don't seem to care if I'm drowning or bother to help me out. I'm tired of constantly screaming for someone's attention and I'm tired of waiting for someone to pull me out.

I feel the same way! People (who are supposed to be your family and friends) just keep going on with their lives, never to even pick up the phone to see how you're doing ; it really hurts.

I feel you, but I also blame myself for never actively reaching out. It's hard. Here if you need someone to talk to, and I just hope for the same.
