I need help

I currently have anxiety and depression and don't know how to tell anyone and have no one to talk to. I also recently found out I'm bi sexual and I'm confused and scared of prejudice people. I know all this sounds cliche but it's true. And if doesn't work I'll go to a social therapist but this sounded better then having to tell a person in real life

You are in the company of people who understand. Although we may not know your exact feelings or your situation, we will offer help when we can and sometimes just having someone to talk to helps to lessen the anxiety and depression.

There are lots of people here who understand. But personally I think coming here AND seeing a therapist is a great combination. You sound like you have a lot of shame about who you are. Find a therapist who is LGBTQ friendly and will support you for being the wonderful person you are. This might really help your depression as well. But meanwhile, you are welcome and among friends here - please keep posting!
