Last Wednesday I went to the psychologist, I feel a lot relieved because this time I had the support of my family. They want to help me to overcome this. So I feel a lot relieved.
The Dr. help me to understand that I'm not a burden, that depression makes you see things that are not true. I felt like I can really stand up again. For now, I have to go to therapy and take some meds (sertraline, lorazepam, and Bach Flower).
I hope this little feeling of hope doesn't go away.

Having support makes a big difference. I do take lorazepam and I take as needed I take .05mg whenever I feel edgy My doctor prescribes 24 pills which last me 2 to 3 months I keep busy and eat right and exercise and that helps me a lot I feel better when I am surrounded by family and friends Taking lorazepam has been a life saver for me I know it can be addicting but when your other medication kicks in you probably won't need to rely on it so much Good luck and prayers This is a challenge but you will win Be strong and be positive
