Someone help!

So before anyone reads this please note that this may trigger anyone suffering like me so please read with caution.

As a result of my depression getting the better of me I gave in to my demons and cut myself. What I would like to know is if anyone has any tips for covering up. The location is on my right wrist, however I require physiotherapy on that very same wrist in a few days. I didn't properly think my actions through and I don't want to have to cancel my appointment for a second time in a row.
