I am Shafia.I'm 20 years old and an electrical engineering undergraduate student.I have huge anxiety ,I haven't been to any doctor but my symptoms say so.Right now I'm having a severe headache and I know that it IS caused by anxiety.I'm feeling devastated, just feeling that there is nobody who can help me.I am blessed to have my family and friends but still I can't describe my problems to them.Actually, they don't understand and how can they when I myself don't understand my problems.I don't know why I have come here but I'm feeling absolutely suffocated.

Hi sorry to hear this. The first thing to do is get a proper diagnosis by seeing a doctor. S/he will have heard it all before a thousand times so don't be worried about going. x
