Today I feel so tired and exhausted I haven't even done anything, I can't stay awake for whatever reason. I'm feeling a bit anxious as well but I'm trying not to let it take over. I wonder if the recent increase in dosage of Zoloft has something to do with how I'm feeling 🤔
