Needing help

I suffer from anxiety day and night... At night it gets worse causes me to throw up... It has affected my relationships and every day life... I do not like the person I have become..

go to doctor. dont take anxiety lightly. get treatment before it gets worse. medicines help contol anxiety

Im sorry its tough living with anxiety. Do you have a good therapist? Would you start meds? Or maybe practice some breathing techniques? Youtube has some great videas on breathing techniques that along with positive affirmations have helped me with anxiety.

I suffer at night as well! Feel free to chat with me I plan to start getting on here often. It is always nice to have a supporter to help get you through situations, especially one who can relate!

I do too. You are not alone in this and I don't know why I have them at night now, before I use to have them during the day and all of a sudden they just switched to the night and even wake me up from sleep when I'm able to get some sleep. I'm trying different things before I go to bed like reading or relaxation meditation videos.

I was up all night with panic attacks last night! It is the worst ! Sleep deprivation does not help matters!

The doctor gave me lexapro and I'm afraid to take it

Wonderingif I wrote this myself, hmmm. My anxiety affects all my relationships until now I have none, not even with family now 😔
