Major hangover anxiety!

I'm extremely hungover and feel soooo sick! My anxiety has been non stop today. Plus panic attacks. I hate it! Does anyone get really bad panic attacks and anxiety when hungover? I feel like I'm going to die. I don't usually drink like I did last night, but I was at a friends house and we were partying it up, I haven't seen her in a long time.

Hi .... I went over the top with wine a few nights ago with a friend. Lethal ! ... pushes anxiety right up with panic attacks. I try hard know not to bother with it ! The odd glass with a meal ok from time to time, but like I said earlier lol I had one to many ... and paid fir it the next day with my anxiety worsening ! 👍🏻
