Ramesh12 I replied to your last post, did you see it? I asked if you had seen a doctor yet? That is the only way you are going to get proper help.
The site can only emphasise, support, and give encouragement, but if you won't see a doctor then we can't do much more than advise you to.
What is stopping you getting medical help? x
